In today’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 2nd May 2025, Kaveri explains to Abhira that after losing the BSP, Armaan has become scared. That is why he sometimes gets angry because of fear.
Kaveri tells Abhira that when parents become a mother and father, they go through a new phase and their behaviour changes. So she should not be afraid.
Kaveri says no one should get a daughter in law like Abhira who is stubborn, talkative, and naughty, but everyone should get a mother like her.
Abhira Watches Armaan’s Video for Pookie
Abhira comes into the room. Armaan is not there, but the laptop is open. Abhira checks the laptop and sees that Armaan had recorded a video earlier.
She watches the whole video. In it, Armaan is planning new clothes for Pookie and thinking about her hospital care. After watching it, Abhira understands that Armaan has changed because of Pookie.
Abhira Dances to Cheer Up Armaan
Abhira goes to Armaan. He is busy with his work. To make him smile, Abhira starts dancing in front of him.
Goenka House: Kiara Refuses to See Charu
At the Goenka house, Swarna and Surekha tell Kiara that Manisha has told them not to bring Kiara to the Poddar house. Kiara says she does not want to see Charu’s face either.
Surekha says that both she and Swarna are like mothers to Kiara. They tell Kiara to feed them gevar. Manish also says he wants to eat it. Kiara feeds gevar to Swarna, Surekha, and Manish.
Abhir Feels Rejected by Swarna
Abhir wants to feed gevar to Swarna too, but Swarna refuses. She says, first learn to handle relationships, then do rituals. Abhir gets angry and says he grew up without any relationships and he will manage in the future too.
Poddar House Celebrates with Gevar
At the Poddar house, Charu and Krish feed gevar to Kajal. Armaan feeds gevar to Vidya. Kajal, Manoj, and Madhav feed gevar to Kaveri.
Just then, Ruhi comes and says Daksh was sleeping, so she touched gevar to him and ate it herself. Ruhi tells Armaan to feed gevar to Abhira, but Armaan walks away.
Armaan Returns with a Surprise for Abhira
Everyone thinks that because of their fight, Armaan left without feeding Abhira. But then Armaan comes back and says Abhira does not like only gevar. She likes to eat it with rabdi.
Then Armaan feeds gevar with rabdi to Abhira, and Abhira also feeds Armaan. Aryan asks why Abhira fed him. She says because Armaan was also fasting.
Manish Sends Abhir and Kiara to the Temple
Manish tells Abhir to go to the temple with Kiara. Abhir agrees and everyone becomes happy. Kiara follows him. But just as they reach the gate, Charu comes there. Everyone is shocked.
Abhir does aarti for Charu and puts tilak on her forehead. Manish tells Charu that if she enters the house, it will mean she has crossed all limits of shame.
Ruhi Tricks Armaan and Abhira with a Sweet Plan
Ruhi helps Armaan and Abhira to bathe Daksh. After finishing all the work, Ruhi says both Armaan and Abhira are good parents. Then she says she made them do her work.
Abhira gets lovingly angry at Ruhi after knowing her plan. Ruhi leaves. Then Armaan tells Abhira to promise that she will not get involved in any family member’s personal matters and will only focus on Pookie.
But Abhira does not make that promise.
