While Abhira is going by car with Abhir, she notices a comment written on a wall. She asks the driver to stop the car, feeling worried. She tells Abhir that she never wants Vidya to be humiliated like this. Abhir supports her and says that he only wants justice.
At the Poddar house, Kaveri announces that no festival will be celebrated until Vidya comes back home. Kiara, Aryan, and Krish agree with Kaveri, and they decide not to celebrate Makar Sankranti. Manisha asks Kaveri about her daily puja, but Kaveri sticks to her decision. Sanjay says that Armaan has promised to bring Vidya back, but Kaveri still doesn’t change her decision.
Armaan goes to visits a minister to request Vidya’s bail. He waits for the minister, but the minister’s PA informs him that the minister has gone to pick up his son from school. Armaan says that the minister doesn’t value time. This angers the PA, he says Armaan that his wife sent his mother to jail, and even he couldn’t stop her. Armaan loses his temper and slaps the PA. Then PA says him to leave, he further says that Vidya will never be released from jail.
On a busy road, Abhira sees a boy in need of help. Without thinking, she steps in to save him and succeeds. The boy turns out to be the minister’s son. When the minister learns about this, he thanks Abhira and offers to help her in any way. Abhira asks him to help get Vidya out of jail. Initially, the minister refuses, but after his son says that he should help Abhira. Then the minister agrees.
Abhira starts preparing for Vidya’s welcome. When Armaan sees Abhira at their home, he feels confused about why she is there. As the news spreads that Vidya is returning home, every member of the Poddar family thanks Armaan for bringing Vidya back. Then Armaan goes to bring Vidya home.
When Vidya is released from jail, Armaan feels happy to see her. Abhira is watching from afar, wants to visit Vidya but stops herself, thinking about Armaan.
When Vidya arrives home, everyone welcomes her, but they are shocked to see her condition. Vidya is not the same person they remember. Armaan explains that she is tired and needs rest. Kaveri begins preparing to celebrate Makar Sankranti. Later, Manish informs Armaan that Abhira helped in releasing Vidya. Armaan says that Abhira is the reason Vidya went to jail and says he will never forgive her. Manish says that he came only to ask about Vidya’s health.
During the puja, Vidya recalls her past and thinks about how people have spoken about her. Suddenly, the aarti thali slips from her hands. Vidya tells Armaan that she wants Abhira to face the same humiliation. Armaan is shocked by her words.
